Yah, perch’n is fun and a great way to break in a new fisherman. An outstanding natural bait at your feet are the sand crabs (mole crabs). They are so abundant! With your hands, reach into the sand four inches and turn the sand over. Walla lots of bait. The perch and corbina flip for them. If the perch are around, they will bite. Use a 1/4 ounce sliding sinker. They tend to range from 1/2 to 1 1/2 inches in length.
