Jim enthusiastically gave me a lot of good tips on what he's learned over being in business for 15 years. If anyone doesn't know, they are located practically on the water and they rent a lot of kayaks.He is a very knowledgeable person and should I decide to buy the Prowler, I will buy it from him. I am grateful to Jim. He cleared a lot of stuff up for me. He's got my business, for sure.BTW, they've got a real nifty seat "cushion" that is made by a company that makes products for hospitals so they know what they're doing. Much better than the gel seat.

I have not met them yet, but good to know they treat people well. It amazes me that some dealers, kayak, fishing tackle etc. have no clue, or just don't care. The formula for success is not rocket science. All one has to do is treat people well and have good information to share.
