I wish I could take credit for the wahoo but I haven't even fished Hawaii yet. Though we have been receiving more submissions from the Aloha State. I've received a few invitations but haven't been able to make it happen yet.
After reading about the Asian boy choking on a small fish that leaped into his mouth, it may be safer to go after big game fish like wahoo; I'm more careful handling perch than I've ever been before. I take certain precautions like closing my mouth when handling ("Get in mee belly").
