Try the Hobie Outback before you make a final decision. The pedal system is REALLY good and opens up a whole new dimension in kayaking. It's expensive, especially in Australia, but in my opinion worth every cent and I paid $2400 to get mine to Hobart Tasmania. It is complete, safe, dry and very well thought out. Highly recommended.
