Bait Rig Keepers

Does anybody have a good way to keep these bait rigs intact.
I cut a piece of Styrofoam from some old packing stuff. I stick the hooks in the top, and then I cut 2 slits in the foam. one at the bottom and one in the side. I secure the line there.
Now if anybody can tell me how to keep those little b------s from getting hooked up in bow lines, paddle clips and clothing.
