I have the same transducer/finder and mounted sucessfully with marine goop. I failed with 3M 5200 and 4200.

: I have a a Piranha 4 and I want mount the transducer inside the hull. Problem is, this model has a surface temperature thermometer mounted on the bottom of the transducer: it's just a small, rivet like metal pin that protrudes about 1/16" from the bottom. Think I can get a good mount with this if I use a sufficient amount of goop? Thanks...
