It's the stretch of beach west of Pepperdine on PCH that is across from the Malibu RV Park.
When you drive up PCH, you are really driving west, eventhough people like to think they are driving north. You can park along PCH, but the easier places to get your kayak down to the beach are at either end near the houses and not in the middle.
When you launch make a left toward Paradise cove and there is a huge kelp bed that is a bout a mile long.
