I fished there last week - fished close in, and the boil over the pipe and the kelp just south and outside of the buoys. Nothing big - just a few calicos. I was surfing there last monday and saw a mako jump about 100 yards outside the surfline. What a great sight.
There has been quite a bit of bait in the water - no yellowtail or WSB recently. Halibut are being caught occasionally inside - but there is little or noone fishing.
I think we are having a fair sized swell, if you are thinking about going out this week. I'll probably being going out of Dana tomorrow.
