Launched from the marina at 7:00 and threw cranks and plastics in Miller Canyon for 2 small largemouths until the wind started blowing hard at 9:00 so I bailed.

Back at the marina, I ran into a PB'er who already had these 2 stripers and was heading out again. He said he caught them slow trolling Z-Plugs over points in the main channel. I thought about trying it but the wind was starting to really howl. I'll be back with some big trout plugs for some of these over the next couple weeks.
