RE: I was going to make them for a guy on the east coast to sell, but did not have the time. I bought one from him as a Sample Template. The line in the tube can be wire or 100lb mono so it is a strong rig. It is run with a small rudder and trolled. If I was in Monterey, I could fish San Luis Res for those striprs or if in Frisco Bay I could use it in San Pablo Bay at the triangle.
