Hi, I live in British Columbia, love to catch Coho and Chinook (Kings) in shallow water in a seakayak, I use a 7 wt. Loomis, a Hardy reel, 100 yards of backing, filled with 12 lb. mono. a skip fly tied a certain way, a shallow bay unmolested in Clayquot Sound (Tofino) full of feeding Salmon, and the real experience will unfold!
