I use a Magellen 330M. This is a waterproof unit and it floats. This unit was waterproof tested once when my dry bag leaked water into it. I had over 3 inches of water in my dry bag with my GPS in it. It has worked fine with no problems. Since then I don't bother to even use the dry bag anymore. I purchased this unit at Cabelas online. At the time is was $189. Don't know how much it it now.

Any recommendations as to portable GPS units? Looking for reliability, durability, and water resistence (I spill more than I'd like). Price range... under 250$ Any comments would be appreciated...
