Greg...Get in touch with Rhino (Jeff) at www.rhynobar.net He can set you up with the Rhynobar which may very well solve all your fishing/trolling needs. His set up lets you use rod holders for trolling, as well as the aboilty to hook-up a fishfinder, if you want. There are many other set ups out there, but for your "frenzy", the Rhynobar is a sure bet.
