I thought that looked familiar. Made a couple good surf trips down there about ten years ago. road in used to be horrible, two trips in resulted in three flat tires and a shock that blew appart on the washboards. Didnt fish much back then, but some other surfers camping there did really well on the halibut. Caught them on a superlow tide in tide pools on the beach. with a shovel. no sh#t.
Abreojos. 600 miles south. Great fishing. I want to move, but my wife to be won't let me :)I'll be back in a few months. You have to plan on a long stay for yak fishing because of the wind. You can always fish the inlets for wfo bass if the wind is up.Art: Art, I've got an extreme too with the bait tank.
