Took my new kayak out to the pond, to find out the strong/weak points of this beast. Loading is ok for a tandem, but no grab straps.....later maybe. Unloading is easy, I can drive up to the water. Center seat is dry, only water to the yak came from a hole in my boot. Total peace and quiet, only two fishing boats and my yak......smooth water the whole day. Made like $20.00 while finding old lures that anglers have tossed in the overhangs in this pond. Just bought a new spin reel and that catfish ugly-stick, Oh Boy!. I figure it this way; Mountains-Rivers-Bay-Ocean. I'm on my way.
