hooping

Hey everyone, Does anyone hoop in areas where there are comercial lobster traps (I don't mean right next to them I mean in the general area within 100 yards or so) if so have you ever been harrassed by the trap fishermen? This is my first season hooping from my kayak and do not know a lot and do not want to make any problems for either myself or all of my fellow kayak hoopers.
