Now due to a better than expected Ebay auction (my first actually) I find myself 80% in the market for a new boat with another 5 days to go. (Fingers crossed) Up here in the Pismo area I only have immediate access to an OK and Cobra dealer, and the Cobra's don't seem to be quite what I'm looking for (don't be a hater), so.... anybody with first/second/third hand info on the ride in a new drifter (I've never paddled an old one BTW) please pipe up. Even better if you're near the 6'4" 270# mark. Bill,i havent had a chance to try the new version but i thought the old was one of the best out there despite the very wet ride.At your size id also suggest trying the Malibu eXtreme if possible.Good luck!
