I will be fishing from Chesapeake bay in Maryland for Rockfish, trout, flounder, spot, croaker and etc... Any suggestions on why I would dish out 100 more dollars for the Extreme? I'm about 5 feet 8 inches and weight 165lbs. Thanks for the help!
I also have both the Explorer and the eXtreme.I agree with Robert and Backbay Dave. Most of my trips are through the surf and offshore 1/2 to 2 miles I have never had any stability problems with either one. I think for the long trips the eXtreme is the better choice. Jack
