I have owned a Pro for almost a year now and I love it. I have taken the eXtreme for a test paddle and was very impressed. It is longer and a little heavier than the Pro, so transporting, storing, and loading and unloading the eXtreme are things you might want to consider. It has alot more glide than the Pro. If you plan on covering alot of water when you go out fishing
then I would reccomend the eXtreme. I love my Pro Explorer. For me and the kind of fishing I do, and the limited storage I have it works out great. Both are super stable, well made kayaks that have a lifetime warranty. Whatever one you decide on I would suggest a lightweight carbon fiber paddle from Onno. It made a world of difference for me.
