re your note about redondo halibut fishing.
last few weeks the halibut have come into shallow water as the red tide in santa monica bay seems to be pushing them to the surf and that is the only place there's any feed. I speared three legals on torrance beach and should have got 5.
it'll take a big swell to push the muck away
