: Surf launched my new eXtreme at the chart house today.It punched right through the small 3ft.waves. Water was clear at the chart house but started getting red around Topanga. No takers at Topanga so started bounce balling up to Big Rock got about a 28 in. butt but it broke loose ,then a 3lb.calico another 22 in butt. some sand bass. Went outside for a 4lb sand bass. All fish realeased.The water was clean about a mile out and was mostly red inside. As for the eXtreme it was really stable and has a nice cruise speed for bounce balling. There is plenty pf room inside for gear. Also the new larger cockpit is great. Jack
Jack,glad to hear you like the eX.I just got my replacement eX tuesday.As soon as the roof carrier arrives im heading for lake Champlain with it to try it in some "real" waves.So far it's only been on smaller,calm waters.Can hardly wait!
