The latest I've heard for Moss is flatties from 40-80 feet of water. Should be good. If you see bait shallow, go for it, even as shalow as 10-15 ft of water.
Stripers are always a possibility, but they have been scarce in the Capitola NB beaches area this year, and probly not real prevalent down at moss.
