Rick that is my trolling rig. I have caught Eagle lake trout and Browns on that rig. The tube will slide with a long enough slit to hide the brass on the weight and not fowl the line on the leader in the middle. There was a forum on this rig, and the guys came up with this rig, and I made one to try and liked it.
