Park in the small state beach parking lot next to Charlie's restaurant. Short haul to the surf. Eel grass on the way out for sandies, kelp a bit further out for calicos. If you are feeling energetic, the best action is on the oceanside edge of the kelp at Swami's point. Last time I was out, the bass were very close to the surface, crashing the Fishtraps as soon as they hit the water. Quite a blast on 6# test.
