Topanga Artificial Reef report

Thanks for the info. Ted.
I look at my charts and your info before i load my gps. Shocked when I got out there. That it's only 600 yards out to the center of reef,and 30 feet deep.
For people with out gps, it's between Lifeguard tower #12 south to lifeguard station. I parked in Topanga beach parking lot $4.00 fee. Easy launch soft sand.
OK report- very slow found reef sand bass at reef. No halibut bites& no tomcods lol but true. Anchovies and fish trap lures. I did head out at first to 80 feet water about 1 1/2 miles out. To check things out, Only sandbass. Dry going out and comming in. Sun was out by 9:30 great day on water.
