my only advise is this; go out have fun, enjoy the water!
If you buy one definately send it to Go's to be rigged! (go see Brian or John) (:P this is too funny) I have gone through 6 kayaks through the years, the last 4 they rigged(Brian) AWESOME! They/he will set you up. BTW he does design consulting for various manufacturers and he's been in the marine industry for like 25 years or something like that.
Bribe him w/ a box of manapua ;)
