I am sorta new to the salt but have made many many night trips for toad stripers at the mojave river(willowbeach).I really prefer the night ,big fish on the prowl no sunburn and most of all less fishung presure at night.Is anyone outhere up for a night run at lajolla over the weekrnd.I usually launch so early that it is still dark anyway.What time does the beach crowd start to die down?I may try a night run,but i would rather not be all by my self on my first night trip in the big salty.Nothin beats fishin under a big bright moon.Wonder if its gonna be clear skies or not.I will probley shoot for sat. night.If i do go.
