Harbor Freight has pneumatic tires for $5 each. With a 5/8 piece of thread rod and some ¾ copper pipe you can make a sturdy cart. Total cost is between $20 & $25. I’ve made them out of PVC but they break if used in to rough of terrain. Email if you want more details.
