hey guys,
i'm wanting to get a matrix 15 FF from humminbird because of the dual-beam sonar and the very high screen resolution. my question is twofold: 1) is there a better FF for under 200 bucks on your experience? and 2) if i use a 12V/7A rechargeable battery, how many hours can i expect my FF to run on it? i'm trying to decide whether i need 2 batteries to start out with or if one will give me enough fishing time. i never fish over 9 hours, and the FF wouldn't be one always, maybe 75% of the time. any info????
