Where are you kayaking in Northern Calif.?
I've been fishing twice to big sur out of lime kiln campground on borrowed kayaks. After that I was hooked but didn't buy a kayak untill a few years later. I've been out a couple of times on the san francisco bay to practice but as of yet haven't had an actual fishing trip which is why I'm so looking forward to next weekend. In the fall you can catch salmon off the marin coast at a place called california city so I'm hoping to hit that up as well as maybe going off of muir beach or point reyes. I would really like to find some nice kelp beds to catch rockcod from but have been too busy with work to go scout some out as of yet.
Do you know some good places?
