There is an outfit called Island Packers outa Oxnard or Ventura that will shuttle you and all your gear (including your yak, of course) to any of the Channel Islands. I hear Anacapa is a great spot for fishing/camping and from what I've seen in pictures it's also incredibly scenic. I think you just need to reserve a campsite through the state park system and hook up with Island Packers to see what kind of a schedule they run. If your entertaining ideas of organizing a trip, me and a few other yakfishers I know would for sure prick our ears up to that. Keep us posted.
