Chris, I think that Whitefish taste good fresh and I like them in fish tacos, I would place them just below Sandbass on my list, although I hate that little line of bones. It makes for some small strip fillets, unless you find the big ones.
The best way to add a picture is to 1st put it up on momentoffame.com (there is a kayak fishing section) After loading it there, bring your picture up and right click on it. Then click on properties and copy the URL (make sure it ends in jpg or it will not work) Then put that in the box below your script on this board (optional Image URL) It is much easier than it sounds.
