Jeff,
I get the bigger batteries at Battery World in Woodland Hills, CA. The Radio Shack near me does not carry batteries over 5 amps. You could get 2 5 amp batteries and wire them parallel. Make sure the batteries have the same charge, cause the stronger one will try and charge the weaker one.
The Battery charger, I picked up at Auto Zone and the dry bag I picked up at a Paddle Shop. they also have the dry bags at Sport Chalet.
