I know you were asking about the SPTW. I mentioned the Scrambler XT as an example of the waterline and center hatch issues. The SPTW can get into the same position. Also having paddled and fished from a SPTW, I know how wet the cockpit can get. I do alot of filming with my Video camera and sold my SPTW so I could get into a kayak that was drier and had better center hull access. The SPTW is a great kayak and it was very hard to part with, I just needed a change to better accomodate my camera equipment.
