: : Its tough to figure out. The shops that sell them say they are one of the best.. and the hobie dealer says his are best...and so on... whats the favorite among you guys?

: There are many good kayaks out there. I personally prefer ocean kayaks. With the scrambler or scrambler xt, you might not have as much storage space, but you will get from point A to point B alot faster. Only if you were a big guy I would say to go with a Cobra Fish n' Dive. I've also heard that Cobra is a company that doesn't follow up on there Warranty Policy. I fish the Scrambler and have had no problems with it.

Hi Chase & Jweave
Like I said what ever kayak he picks he'll love.
Right now I working to get my kayak fix. The store I got it from has been hard to work with. Thier installer installed hatch wrong. Leaks real bad. There making me feel like It's my falt. When I bought a hatch from them and ask them to install it. They blow it not me. Other than me going to thier store.I will Name that store If they don't back thier work in fixing it or giving me a new yak. But I did call Cobra and they said bring it in and they will fix it. To me there top company. But I brought back to the store I got the yak & hatches. Just feel they should back Thier stores work even if they have to eat thier intallers work with new yak!
You should be asking, Where should I get my kayak from and gear FROM!
