Davey Jones,

The foam is a PE (Polyethelene) foam that is molded with the kayak and is on the inside of the hull.

It takes the everall thickness of the hull from the average thickness of .25" to .5" and ads positive flotation throughout the boat.

As I am leaving tomorrow night for the Big Bear tournament, I am not sure if I will have time to get JAS pictures that he can post before my return on Sunday, but I will do my best. If I can't get them to him before I leave though, I WILL get him detailed pics and shots of the boat in action that can then be posted for all to see when I get back Sunday evening.

The rear well is basically identical to the well of the Pro Explorer, only slightly larger, and as for the cable routing for the rudder... a picture will show far better how they are layed out, then I could ever describe with words.

I hope this helps out.

Ric
