I haven't heard of one. Though if someone was planning one....I was really impressed with Truth Aquatics out of SB. They have great boats and a great vibe. IMHO (and limited kayak charter experience), the dive charter boats are really the way to go. They're use to taking a lot of gear(don't forget your tip money, these guys do a lot more than clean fish). They're working hard for the kayak business and it shows.
