Launched from the Shores w/ Larry aka Kingfisher @ 4pm. I was in a hurry and punched through a couple of breakers on my way out. There was a healthy swell going at the point, but the onshore wind wasn¡¦t to bad.
Kept paddling out until I met up with thelifeguardguy who was scooping up some of the MANY tuna crabs that seemed to be everywhere you looked. Finally made bait (small green & large Spanish macs) out in front of the high-rise.
I caught (1 1/2) barracuda. The first 30¡¨ slimer came on a trolled rebel lure (it¡¦s in brine now:) and the second was caught with a small green mac, before I could get it to the boat a dog cut it in half. What a day to forget my camera.
