Experienced kayak anglers with thresher experience are best, team up to target this one. Hand held VHF,small 8" bolt cutters or similar to cut out or cut off hooks, cut away knife( used by all experienced leader men),clothing to protect yourself from the skin of the shark, and a first aid kit. Have a plan, for release or capture of these sharks, as they can inflict some serious damage to gear and yourself. Taking a clinic for these sharks is best, as is catching my seminar at the next Fred Hall Show, in Ventura,on Saturday 5th or Sunday 6th of April , check times at the show. Rhino
