To get it to work (crossing my fingers), I first went directly to "http://www.geocities.com/jsupreme23/kayak_rack.html
I then "right clicked" on the image. The menu appears....click on properties......highlight the URL (address), copy it and then paste it into the "Optional Image URL" box when you're posting a message.

If it still doesn't show, it could be a Geocities thing. Whether it's because of too much traffic (bandwidth issue) on the server or some sort of security issue from their end. That's my best guess.
