Interesting... you may be correct that this seal needs a home at Sea World-- especially if they change the MPA to allow fishing boats to use lethal force as they're talking about.
It was really funny to have him dog us (and mostly Tom Booth) on Saturday, and damn irritating to see him beeline toward me on Sunday morning!
