It's probably a good idea to explain the dynamics of a situation like that so to prevent any possible "encouragment" (especially through a cute picture like that one).
Since Jimm filled in the gaps, I think we can appreciate the photo and story in a responsible way as well as the warning.
Now time for some finger painting with my kids.
