Was reading the regs on salmon fishing and if I am reading them right there is NO limit on type or number of hooks/rods if you are trolling (and I guess paddling is considered trolling). Would like to run 2 rods and if I can figure out a downrigger will run bottom flasher/squid as well as an extra lure clipped to line (will fall about 1/2 way to ball and stay in the belly of the line). Do the hooks on the lures have to be circle hooks or can they be anything?
