I know with Ocean Kayaks that they give you free plastic from the hatch cut-outs, so maybe malibu could forward you some of the same material as your own kayak, just a thought.
You can also make a 3-sided holder for your Tranducer to sit in and then use Vaseline to semi-mount your ducer in, for the through the hull fishfinders.
