Kayak fish San Clemente Island aboard the Grander June 27th through the 29th

Join us for a once in a lifetime kayak fishing adventure to San Clemente Island aboard the Grander. The Grander is a thirty-eight foot Bertram with all the amenities. Fresh water shower, icemaker, and freezer for your catch.
Owner and captain Greg Bohnet goes out of his way to make this an awesome trip. On previous trips to the island we have stopped on kelp paddies for wide-open Yellow tail fishing and trolled for all the Albacore we wanted. He was even ready to let us troll the kayaks behind the boat in an attempt to catch Albacore from a kayak.
Once you get to the island the fun really begins. With the opportunity to catch Yellowtail, White Seabass, Halibut and trophy Calico bass your equipment gets put to the test. The quality and quantity of the Calico bass at the island will amaze you. As this is a three-day trip you have lots of time for fishing and relaxing. The water at San Clemente can be as clear as gin so bring your skin diving gear and go for a dive.
The trip is limited to five kayakers, with the captain and myself as guide that leaves plenty of room on the boat for all your gear and room to stretch out and relax.

When:
The trip will leave early Friday June 27 and return on the evening of the 29th
Where:
The boat leaves out of Oceanside harbor.
Cost:
The cost of the trip is $500 per person and includes all meals and live bait. Bring your own snacks and drinks. If you don't have a Kayak, I do have extras available.
More information will be added to my Web site very soon.
