Hello,
I’m trying to buy a used kayak from an individual in California, and I live in Ohio. He is having trouble finding someone to ship it apparently. I’ve never had anything the size of a 12’ 6” kayak sent to me through the mail and don’t really know what the limitations are for some shipping companies. Can anyone give me any suggestions on how the best and most cost efficient way to get it shipped? I’m an anxious new paddler trying to get my first kayak to it’s new home! Any help would be appreciated.
