Nice weather today. Tried out some new product from NRS. The Hydroskin Farmer John is killer. Double zippers in the front so you can easily relieve yourself if you have to (not pretty to hear but it's reality,lol). Way more comfortable than pure neoprane.
Back to fishing,lol. Little slow at first. Good markings on the sonar. I headed out to about 70ft. Dropped a 10oz ball in the right spot. Right after it hit bottom I felt a residual bump. After that I knew I hooked on to a nice flatty. Turned out to be a little over 33". Head gaff, game clip, game bag. Called the wife up to tell her I was bringing dinner home...lol.
