: I started looking for one of those meters to check the charge of the battery of my fishfinder. Cabela's has one for $23+ shipping. I checked a few places and didn't find anything more reasonable. I had to go to good old Harbor Freight for somthing else. When I was there I looked around and found a digital multi meter that was made in China. It isn't any thing fancy but it will tell you how many volts your battery has. They had them on sale for $3.99 . For what I'm going to use it for it will be ok. If it craps out I'll throw it in the trash and get another one. Robert
