From my kayak, I've fished all the areas you mentioned and so while reading your story it was as if I was right there fishing with you.
Yak Atak was telling me if you paddle all the way out to the last buoy marking the end (or beginning) of the SD Bay that the fishing is good there. Drop me a line and we'll give it a try some day.
