I've read a bunch of articles where they've continued to stay strong against the Malibu Council and Homeowners in their passionate quest to take public beach property and deem it private.Unconstitutional(state)? Sounds like a bunch of shark lawyers with too much time on their hands (being funded by big business and some "big time hollywood" beachfront homeowners; hopefully this wasn't part of their fight yet it plays into it regardless).I hope the state has a plan for a Coastal Regulatory Agency or whatever the politically and constitutionally correct name is. jas

RE: I agree with the last part of your paragraph and am wondering myself if it does not have something to do with the project in the delta and also malibu. Whatever happens, I hope they do some housecleaning.TL
